The findings of our 2023 Student Financial Wellness Survey show 38% of respondents consider themselves workers attending school rather than students who work. Trying to fit academics around a work schedule can create competing priorities and force these modern learners to regularly choose between needs and goals. In this discussion, we will talk about ways in which a postsecondary credential can be achieved while working.

These modern learners must prioritize their personal lives over a credential pursuit; however, they are working toward increased economic mobility in the future.
